Are all your tutors really women?
Yes — every tutor on our platform is a qualified female instructor. It's the foundation of how we teach, not an option you have to request.
Can boys join classes too?
Yes. Our female tutors teach children of both genders, and many families specifically choose us because they'd like a female tutor for their younger sons as well as daughters.
How does the free trial work?
Leave your WhatsApp number and we'll reach out to schedule a free, no-obligation trial class with a tutor matched to your child's level. There's no payment required to try us out.
What if we're in a different time zone from our tutor?
Completely normal — most of our families are. Every class time is shown in your own local time zone, and scheduling accounts for it automatically.
What happens if we miss a class?
Just let us know. We're happy to arrange a makeup class from your tutor's available slots — you can even book one yourself from your parent dashboard.
What technology do we need?
Just a device with a camera, microphone, and internet connection. Classes run over Zoom, and the link is always available from your dashboard.
How will I know how my child is progressing?
You'll get a WhatsApp update after every single class, plus a parent dashboard showing curriculum progress, stars earned, attendance, and downloadable milestone certificates.
How do payments work?
Plans are billed monthly based on classes per week. You can pay online or by bank transfer — whichever is easier for your family.
